Charlotte believes that delivering the best service is about fostering great interpersonal relationships based on clear communication.
From her undergraduate in Geography, to her MSc in Urban and Regional Planning, both from the University of Birmingham, Charlotte has focused on how the planning system can represent the public interest. Whether or not this be researching happiness, mental health in urban design or trust within the planning system, Charlotte believes that people should be at the heart of successful planning.
When she is not in the office, Charlotte enjoys cooking, travelling and plans to reignite her passion of 10 years by joining a women’s football team in London.
