Iceni Projects have been advising Luxx Europe Developments on the delivery of a new mixed use development at Notting Hill Gate. The development will provide 19 x residential units above ground floor retail units and will contribute to the wider, planned regeneration of Notting Hill Gate.

The scheme will see the refurbishment, retention and extension of the existing Victorian terrace fronting Notting Hill Gate, the reinstatement of the original ground floor retail facades and the construction of a new building on the corner of Notting Hill Gate and Pembridge Gardens that will be clad in high quality stone.

Iceni have successfully managed the process to discharge all pre-commencement conditions and are currently in negotiations with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to secure a number of amendments to the consented scheme, including revisions to the approved unit mix and energy strategy, to assist with the overall delivery of the scheme.

Works are currently underway and the scheme is expected to be complete by Q3 2020.
