Lewis is a Director within Iceni’s London Planning Team, specialising in complex, commercial driven development across the capital. He is valued for his clear, commercially grounded advice and his ability to align planning strategy with his clients’ wider investment ambitions.
A recognised Central London specialist, Lewis has extensive experience operating within the capital’s most sensitive policy and political environments. He is trusted by landowners, developers, funds and occupiers to manage risk, shape strategy and unlock value.
Acting across all sectors and scales of development, Lewis advises on projects ranging from targeted asset repositioning to major mixed-use regeneration. He also leads Iceni’s Retrofit and Repurposing sector, supporting the renewal and optimisation of existing buildings in highly constrained urban settings.
Lewis has appeared as an expert witness at Public Inquiry and provided evidence in High Court proceedings. He advises on complex Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) matters and serves as planning specialist to the City of London’s Conservation Area Advisory Committee.
A Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), Lewis is also a member of the British Council for Offices (BCO), a mentor through the British Property Federation (BPF), and sits on Iceni’s Employee Council and Business Development Board, contributing to the firm’s strategic direction and growth.
