Iceni Projects has today (Thursday 10th January 2019) confirmed the appointments of Mairead Flower and Gregg Boyd as Senior Planners in their London office.
Mairead Flower joins Iceni Projects’ Central London Planning team from RPS CgMs where she was responsible for managing a range of projects from site acquisition to post-planning condition discharge. Mairead advised both residential and commercial clients, such as Shurgard, Network Homes and Aitch Group.
Gregg joins the Strategic Planning team from GL Hearn where he worked in Residential and Economic teams for projects including the redevelopment of Northfleet West Substation (Ebbsfleet Garden City). Gregg is also the co-author of the Greater Birmingham HMA Strategic Growth Study. He has worked with a number of local authorities and private sector clients on five-year housing land supply as well local plan preparation and technical evidence to support planning applications.
