Fred is the operational head of the transportation team, responsible for winning work, day-to-day control of schemes and managing staff. With over 15 years’
experience in transport and development planning, Fred specialises in managing a wide range of client needs and has a sound understanding of the planning system and the development industry.

Making a positive difference for his clients is what gets Fred out of bed early in the morning. Fred always seeks to add value to his clients’ proposals, with a very high success rate for approval. Recent project successes include: an estate renewal of 1,575 new homes at the Gascoigne Estate for East Thames Group; 396 new
homes and flexible commercial floorspace in Barking Town Centre for Be First Limited; securing approval for the construction of four interlinked residential towers at the Cambridge Road in Barking for Swan New Homes Limited and, more recently, on behalf of Berkeley St William, he provided transport and highways input to support two hybrid planning applications for the development at the former Bow Common and Leven Road Gasworks site’s in Tower Hamlets.
