We led the engagement programme for the St Helier masterplan, engaging Island wide on large scale development proposals to create new additions to the St Helier waterfront including a new National Art Gallery, seaside amphitheatre, boardwalk pier and new outdoor public 50m saltwater pool.

We led the engagement programme for the St Helier masterplan, engaging Island wide on large scale development proposals to create new additions to the St Helier waterfront including a new National Art Gallery, seaside amphitheatre, boardwalk pier and new outdoor public 50m saltwater pool. Over 1,000 new homes are proposed with ground floor commercial space.
We created a people focussed consultation website, with videos and a rich selection of material for views to engage with. This included plinths along with waterfront with QR codes, allowing the community to view a 360-degree videos of the proposals giving an experience akin to virtual reality. A programme of engagement was also rolled out within local schools and we are now supporting the Public Inquiry.
