Planning application for 70,000 sq.ft industrial, storage & office floorspace on behalf of Henry Boot Developments.

Instructed by Henry Boot Developments (HBD), Iceni were responsible for the preparation and submission of a planning application for a scheme which seeks to develop almost 70,000sqft of mixed-use industrial, storage and office floor space and associated infrastructure.

The scheme forms part of a larger masterplan for the wider site, which sees the development of a further 311,00sqft of employment floor space, along with access roads, parking provision and landscaping.

The development will offer an attractive location for future occupants; being positioned close to Junction 31a of the M6 on the edge of Preston, and in an area which has seen incremental take up for a range of commercial businesses.
