Iceni Projects were appointed by Melton Borough Council to provide advice on 8 council owned sites, including engagement with key stakeholders, preparing a series of masterplan options and soft market testing.

The work resulted in an c.£1M funding deal from the Midlands Engine with Iceni drafting the bid and preparing a detailed action plan which is now being taken forward.

Finally, we drafted a town centre masterplan for the authority and partners, which supported their recent successful Levelling up Funding bid.
