Self-Build / Custom-Build
For many years, the UK’s new housing stock has been delivered almost exclusively by larger, national house builders. This is beginning to change through more self-build and custom-build projects. Changes are also afoot with modular building increasingly being seen as a solution to the housing crises. Government has pledged £1bn to modernise construction methods and speed of delivery.
Iceni Projects has been championing self-build and custom-build housing through the planning and appeals process. It is now actively working on a number of schemes across the country.
