At Iceni we recognise there is a growing political focus on the role of Registered Providers and other agencies and stakeholders in the affordable housing association sector to play an increasingly significant role solving the affordability housing crisis.

This demands that Registered Providers and their Partners increase their outturns on the number of new builds and achieve more from existing developments. For many providers this will also demand greater focus on private market housing, site acquisition and increasing development capacity. This will also underpin the delivery of rental homes and affordable housing options. In turn, the resulting revenue will be harnessed for further regeneration-led development on the more challenging sites.
