Tim is a member of Iceni’s Central London Planning Team with over 7 years planning experience working throughout the UK and Australia. Tim has worked on a number of high-profile planning projects which required complex and innovating planning approaches, including major commercial office and residential lead schemes, retrofit and repurposing projects, large-scale mixed-use redevelopment projects, purpose-built student accommodation, health facilities, and education projects.
Tim’s project work has seen him gain strong experience across London, including the boroughs of Camden, Islington, Westminster, Hackney, Barnet, Brent, and the City of London.
Tim is a specialist collaborator who has worked as part of large multidisciplinary project teams on complex schemes that have often required innovative planning approaches. Tim takes a diligent, committed and coordinated approach to projects and has facilitated the securing of approvals for a diverse range of clients including family offices, landowners, occupiers, funds, developers, and local authorities.
Tim holds a Master degree of Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney.
