She has advised clients across a diverse range of sectors—urban development, infrastructure, residential, retail, healthcare and education—always with a focus on producing robust planning outcomes and clear routes to consent.
Tillie has been a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2019, earning commendation for her submission. She contributes actively to the profession, serving as an RTPI mentor and participating as a national judge for the RTPI Awards.
