Before joining Iceni, Theo studied politics at Cardiff University – focusing on the policy-making process which gave him a strong understanding of how politics works on a local and national level. After graduating, Theo worked in a built environment engagement consultancy, spearheading community campaigns on the ground and gaining valuable experience in town centre regeneration schemes across London.

Since Joining Iceni in March 2025, Theo has supported the delivery of strategic advice services, utilising his political expertise to best advise clients on how to engage with central government and political stakeholders key to the built environment. This includes detailed stakeholder mapping and identifying relationships that help unlock development.

Outside of work, Theo enjoys cooking for his family and debating politics with anyone who will listen!
