Stefano adopts a pragmatic and proactive approach to archaeology within the planning process and the construction industry.

He is a calm and steady person, which always looks for the best and more sustainable solution for the clients and the most beneficial outcome for the public.

Stefano is a Project Manager in the Archaeology Team, with a broad experience in project management and design, and with the role played by archaeology in the development process. He is proficient in producing a wide range of technical historic environment documents and strategies in support of the various stages of the planning process.

In 2015 Stefano moved to the UK and worked in various roles in archaeology since then. Before joining Iceni Projects, he was the Field Team Manager at MOLA (Museum of London Archaeology), managing a team up to 96 archaeologists and senior archaeologists.

Since he joined Iceni Projects, he has been working on complex projects for the NHS Trusts and as part of multidisciplinary teams for Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects. He also used is experience in London and South East archaeology to advise and support planning applications for a number of urban and strategic rural developments.
