Sophie joined Iceni Projects in 2021, having previously worked in the housing team at a leading London-based planning consultancy. She is a skilled planner with extensive experience of a wide range of projects including for residential, mixed-use, education and tourism projects across London, the south-east and Midlands.

Sophie is effective at developing strong working relationships with local authorities to achieve good outcomes. She has led on the preparation and submission of planning applications, including the management of multi-disciplinary project teams. She is experienced in promoting strategic housing and mixed-use sites through the Local Plan process, in particular in preparing representations, appraising a site’s short-, medium- and long-term development prospects and assessing five-year housing land supply.
