Sophie joined Iceni Projects in 2021, having previously worked in a planning and development surveying role at an Oxford based property consultancy. She is a skilled planner and her development surveying background provides her with a sound understanding of the development market and how to realise a site’s maximum value.

Sophie’s positive and friendly attitude is effective at developing strong working relationships with local authorities which helps to achieve good outcomes. She advises clients on the full spectrum of planning services including site appraisals, planning strategy, promoting strategic sites through the Local Plan process and the preparation and submission of planning applications.

In her spare time Sophie enjoys running and is often training to compete in races around the country. She likes to balance this out with baking and is mastering the perfect sourdough.
