Scott is adept at preparing transport assessments and other reports, undertaking detailed modelling and data analysis and is experienced with assisting clients throughout the planning process from site appraisal and pre-app through to S106 negotiations.
Scott spent over two years at mode transport in his previous role, gaining valuable experience in commercial development planning which demanded him to be proactive, agile and thorough in his approach.
Scott enjoys the dynamic nature of planning, sharing an energetic passion for transport and spatial planning and how these two disciplines coalesce. Scott is driven to continue developing his expertise in these disciplines to assist in delivering innovative and exemplary schemes which facilitate sustainable development and respond to the needs of local communities.
Scott holds a Masters in MSc Geopolitics and Security and an undergraduate degree in Ba Human Geography from Royal Holloway. Outside of work, Scott enjoys an active and social lifestyle and has the misfortune of being a Tottenham Hotspur supporter.
