Sally O’Sullivan

Sally has a BSc in City Planning and Environmental Policy and a MSc in Urban Design and Planning from University College Dublin. She has a particular interest in improving social outcomes and delivering tangible benefits to local communities through the planning process.

Sally began her career in a planning consultancy in Dublin, gaining valuable private sector experience across both planning and urban design projects. She has worked on a range of large-scale, mixed-use developments and public realm projects across Ireland. Sally has moved to the UK to broaden her expertise, focusing on strategic planning, community development, and quality placemaking.

Sally joined Iceni Strategic Planning team in January 2026 and will be assisting on projects through policy research, appraisals and submissions. In 2026, Sally will be working towards gaining her RTPI chartership.

Sally is also a main organiser of the 46th European Architecture Students Assembly (EASA Seanchaí), a two-week summer assembly with over 500 participants, consisting of lectures, events and 30 different construction and creative workshops.
