During her undergraduate degree in Interior Architecture Poppy developed a passion for historic buildings, especially those with Georgian architecture.
The nuances of completing design projects and working with historic buildings led her to study for an MA in Sustainable Heritage Management at the University of Liverpool. Poppy has recently achieved an MA qualification in Sustainable Heritage Management, after completing her dissertation on the importance of industrial heritage in adaptive reuse projects, which focussed on the impressive restoration of Battersea Power Station as a leading example.
Poppy also has a keen interest in heritage outside of the UK, partaking in a three week trip around Italy to explore all the historic and archaeological sites it has to offer. She is settling in and enjoying being involved on a number of interesting projects of varying scales, ranging from Listed Monuments to Strategic Land projects.
