Before joining Iceni, Paul gained just over 18 months experience at a Planning Consultancy in West London working on householder projects and small commercial schemes across London. He did this whilst completing a BSc in Property and Planning at the University of Westminster; which he has recently completed. Being a RICS accredited course it has provided Paul with an awareness of the commercial impacts associated with property development, in addition to a sound planning background. Paul is now working to achieve Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
In his spare time, Paul is regularly searching for the best food and coffee spots in London. Where possible, continuing his search on an international level when visiting new countries.
