Pamela operates at the forefront of town planning to unlock value for clients

Prior to joining Iceni in August 2016, Pamela worked within the planning team at GVA for three years, where she qualified as a member of the RTPI in early 2015.

Pamela has experience working on a range of projects in a variety of sectors including town centre / out of centre retail, large strategic housing sites, as well as EIA advice and preparation.

Major schemes which Pamela has been involved in include a mixed-usedevelopment in Clydebank for approximately 1000 dwellings, retail, health care and other commercial uses. The scheme also included Scotland’s first major district heating network at the time. Pamela has also advised on one of Glasgow’s first purpose-built PRS developments which involved negotiation of a number of planning issues including heritage and conservation. Since this time, she has advised on a number of other PRS developments within Glasgow City Centre.

Pamela is also advising a number of residential clients on strategic and short-term land including both LDP promotion and application strategy.
She successfully attained planning permission for a major residential development within Loch Lomond & the Trossachs National Park, navigating a range of unique planning issues as a result of the sensitive location of the site.

Pamela continues to focus on projects across Scotland and is an integral part of the Iceni offer for planning.
