Her role within Iceni consists in overseeing people’s learning and development paths, keeping up with employment law, managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and the general lifecycle of all of us here.

When Oli isn’t coming up with exciting benefits for people, you can more often than not find her in Paris where she grew up, dosing up on her French mannerism, or on the slopes in winter.
