Oli has a wide range of experience spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use development, originally focused in the south east during his time at a Kent-based consultancy. He has worked on a wide range of projects from large-scale housing schemes in outline & reserved matters, through to delivering high quality results for individual’s properties and rural developments. Oli has had particular success at written representation appeals, achieving a number of successful decisions including cost awards.

Oli also worked for a year in the electricity industry at Northern Powergrid in their Policy Development Team, where he developed an acute understanding of the infrastructure challenges in delivering a sustainable built environment. His focus of work is on the delivery of strategic greenfield sites, taking these sites from initial site appraisals all the way through to the discharge of conditions. Other avenues of work include complex brownfield sites and data centres.

Oli enjoys the personable nature of Planning and thrives working as part of wider project teams to deliver positive outcomes for clients. Outside of planning Oli enjoys playing football for, and helping to run, FC Revo, who play in the Kent County League.
