Nick is involved in a range of projects within the company’s Strategic wing. He specialises in both Development Plan promotion, as well as the Development Management system; from appraisals and pre-application discussions, to planning applications, and occasionally planning appeals. Nick has recently secured several planning permissions, including an exemplar dwelling within a walled garden in Uttlesford district.

Nick is also Iceni’s Intelligence lead for Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, ensuring that he is abreast of shifting planning position across the Counties and informing clients of planning and development progress and opportunities across the areas. Equipped with this local knowledge, he is increasingly building his casework in these areas, in addition to several others across South East England.

Hailing from a family of planners, Nick has long held a keen interest in the planning system and a great appreciation for the diversity that the profession has to offer.
