Following her Law degree (LLB hons) at Bristol University, Lucy worked in Real Estate Finance within the Planning and Development team of an international law firm. She then undertook an Urban Design Masters (MA) at the University of Westminster followed by a Spatial Planning Diploma. Lucy is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Lucy’s experience includes advising on tall buildings throughout London, heritage-led regeneration schemes as well more detailed work with heritage assets including farmsteads, townhouses and chapels. Lucy is experienced in planning and listed building consent applications, Heritage Townscape and Visual Impact Assessments, Environmental Statements and Heritage Statements. Lucy’s experience also includes supporting colleagues at Land Tribunal and Public Inquiries, where her legal training comes into its own.
