Lucy works on a variety of projects with a particular focus on strategic residential-led mixed-use schemes, whether that be greenfield or brownfield sites.

Lucy has represented clients’ interests at a number of local plan examinations, successfully promoting sites through the local plan process. Lucy also has a keen interest in the green belt and housing land supply calculations.

Lucy is experienced in leading and managing large project teams on complex sites. Lucy’s strength lies in taking a proactive, solutions-driven approach, taking time to understand the technical constraints of a site and adapting planning strategies to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Outside of work, Lucy’s interests include dance, Formula One and painting.
