Lucy joined Iceni Projects in September 2013 and now has over 11 years of planning experience within the private sector. Lucy has advised on numerous planning applications, involving complex planning strategies across a range of sectors. This includes co-ordinating multidisciplinary teams on large scale renewal projects (across London and the southeast) in addition to major residential-led, commercial, and mixed-use schemes on behalf of landowners, investors, developers, and registered providers. Lucy’s experience also includes Large-scale Purpose-Built living (co-living), Build to Rent, and student housing, advising on all stages of the planning process – from inception to helping to negotiate Section 106 agreements. Lucy has also been involved in large-scale site promotions and is currently leading on several Green Belt planning applications utilising her competent skill set across both the strategic and more urbanised planning sectors.

Before joining Iceni, Lucy graduated from the University of Reading with an RTPI and RICS accredited Masters in Development Planning. Lucy is a fully chartered member of the RTPI.
