Lucy joined Iceni Projects in 2017, and in that time, has supported a wide range of clients on schemes across the North West. She has developed expertise in the education sector through a longstanding relationship with Tilbury Douglas Construction. This has provided Lucy with experience of taking time sensitive projects all the way to practical completion. She understands the constraints of the planning process, as well as the practical challenges to delivery.

Lucy has also supported the team on high rise residential schemes in Salford and Sheffield. More recently, she has turned her skills to strategic land promotion and planning applications on Open Countryside and Green Belt sites, set against the backdrop of the NPPF’s push for greater housing delivery.

Lucy enjoys the wide range of projects Iceni’s Manchester office is involved in, and can pivot her skills to the next challenge. Lucy has been a Chartered Member of the RTPI since 2021.
