Prior to working within the planning industry, Katrina received a first-class BA Honours in English Literature & Media from the University of Brighton. After graduating, Katrina wanted to pursue her interest in the built environment, specifically residential development. This led her to subsequently complete a MSc in Spatial Planning and Development at the University of Reading in 2022, before joining the Planning Team at CBRE where she achieved her RTPI chartership in December 2024.

Katrina has experience in preparing planning applications across a range of sites in Central London, outer London boroughs and across the South East. The projects she has previously worked on span a variety of sectors, including regeneration schemes, educational facilities, student housing and residential led development. She has advised clients at all stages of the development process, from initial site appraisals to the delivery of site proposals. This includes the preparation and submission of full and reserved matters applications, minor and non-material amendments and the discharge of conditions.

Outside the world of planning, Katrina loves to spend her time travelling, enjoying a pint, playing tennis or attempting to play golf.
