With her previous role at Vistry, Kate has direct experience in negotiating and securing viable and implementable planning permissions which align with the business priorities of the development process.

Kate started her career in 2015 working for CBRE’s London Planning Team before moving onto BPTW. She then transitioned from planning consultancy to an in-house Planning Manager role in 2021. At Vistry she managed several complex greenfield and brownfield residential development schemes and advised on numerous high profile site acquisitions. She is therefore well placed to understand development economics and has rolled out strategies to ensure that development objectives are delivered on site.

Kate has a natural focus on high-density residential development and has experience working on sites both within London and outside in the surrounding Home Counties and the Oxford-Cambridge Arc, alongside wider experience in the development of other uses.
