Kara supports the team on a wide range of small and large scale schemes across Scotland, including residential developments, change of use applications and most recently on a new drive-thru site for Tim Hortons.

Her main responsibilities include preparing planning statements, as well as the preparation, submission and negotiation of planning applications. Kara also undertakes detailed planning appraisals and planning policy reviews to assist clients with their investment decisions.

Kara became an RTPI Chartered Planner in Spring 2020.
