Jordan is a Senior Planner with extensive experience delivering complex planning solutions across a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use development. Whilst Jordan has worked on a broad portfolio of projects, he has particular interest in the residential and industrial/logistics sectors, and he has played a key role in promoting strategic land allocations, preparing comprehensive planning applications, and advising clients on development potential across the UK to bring schemes to fruition.

His work spans across Green Belt sites, urban regeneration schemes, and the utilisation of brownfield land, with a strong focus on navigating everchanging local and national planning policy to unlock the development potential of challenging sites. Jordan is known for his clear strategic thinking, robust project management, and ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and local authorities.

In addition to his experience working on both minor and major planning applications, Jordan also has experience in Local Plan representations, call for sites submissions, site appraisals and planning appeals.

Jordan holds an MSc in Planning (Distinction) from the University of Manchester and a BA in Geography from Newcastle University, and is a full member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
