Joe began his career in Manchester, following time at both Deloitte and CBRE’s regional teams where he worked on a range of large-scale development projects and urban regeneration schemes across the North West.
Joe’s previous projects include residential, commercial, hotel and education schemes, as well as large-scale mixed-use developments and retrofit and repurposing projects.Some of the high-profile schemes he has worked on include ‘Viadux Two’ – Manchester’s tallest approved building, and ‘Sister’ – a new innovation district and global hub for science and technology.

He also worked as a strategic planning advisor across the Science and Industry Museum’s estate, where he secured complex Listed Building Consents for a range of Grade I and Grade II* buildings. Joe’s work in London has allowed him to gain experience in working across multiple boroughs, including Westminster, Enfield and Camden. He has a keen eye for detail and is dedicated to delivering high quality commercial advice and building strong working relationships with clients.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys travelling and some of his favourite places include Hong Kong, Seoul and Ibiza.
