Having started his career at Cushman & Wakefield, Jodane has gone onto join other large planning consultancies such as Savills, and most recently DP9, where he led on a number of high-profile projects such as 45 Beech Street (the City of London’s first co-living scheme), and the complex Elephant and Castle Town Centre masterplan redevelopment in the London Borough of Southwark.
Since joining Iceni, Jodane works on a wide variety of mixed-use projects and sectors including, but not limited to, hotel, residential, sports & leisure developments. He advises clients at all development stages, from initial site appraisals and identifying key planning strategies to on-site delivery, including amendment applications where necessary. Jodane is personable, methodical, and takes an inclusive and engaging approach to his work to deliver positive outcomes for his clients.
Jodane’s educational background includes a Law undergraduate degree and a Planning postgraduate degree, both obtained from the University of Manchester. And in his spare time, his hobbies include cooking (and eating), attending spin classes, leisurely walks, attending music gigs and travelling (where he continues to cook and eat).
