She joined Iceni as an Associate Director where she specialises in inclusive community engagement for major residential-led schemes, including garden villages and towns. She has developed a particularly strong track record of supporting communities through the delivery phase of development – helping to build trust, embed social value and ensure long-term positive relationships between developers, local authorities and residents.

Jenny has experience across all stages of the development lifecycle, from early strategy through to consultation and post-consent engagement and is skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments. She brings a thoughtful and pragmatic approach, working closely with project teams to ensure engagement is clear, meaningful and supports successful delivery.

Jenny is particularly passionate about inclusive engagement and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to be heard, not just the most vocal. This approach creates engagement that is transparent, accessible and genuinely influences outcomes.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the countryside with her puppy, Percy, and finding the best coffee shops along the way.
