Having completed her MSc (Distinction) from the University of Manchester in 2021, Isobel has previously worked for Avison Young where she achieved her chartership from the RTPI in 2023. In addition to her MSc studies, Isobel has an undergraduate degree (BA Honours) in Geography from the University of Birmingham.

Isobel’s experience includes working on mixed-use schemes and residential-led development, across London and South East. Isobel advises clients at all development stages, from initial site appraisal through to on-site delivery. This includes applications for full and outline permission, minor and non-material amendments, discharge of conditions and S106 obligations.

Isobel is diligent and collaborative, ensuring the delivery of quality advice. Isobel has worked on a variety of large-scale and complex developments, bringing a keen eye for detail to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
