Isabel’s approach to Landscape Architecture is driven by human-centred design – to shape sustainable, inclusive communities and to spark everyday moments of joy, curiosity and connection.

Isabel is a Senior Landscape Architect, with experience in landscape planning, design and construction across a range of projects, including campus, residential, public realm and infrastructure.

Prior to joining Iceni, Isabel worked at a small landscape design studio, where she applied a collaborative and detail-orientated approach across all stages of design. A key project was the Wellcome Genome Campus expansion, where she delivered multiple public realm and parcel design applications, as well as strategic design guidance. She began her career at AECOM, working primarily in landscape planning and supporting multi-disciplinary teams on strategic masterplans, infrastructure schemes and character studies.

Isabel holds an undergraduate degree in Human Geography and master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, both from the University of Sheffield. She was awarded the prize for Best Master’s Dissertation for her research on socio-spatial urban design theory in the context of Tactical Urbanism – an approach that focuses on low-cost, small-scale interventions to activate public space and support social and mental well-being.

Isabel became a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute in 2022.
