She has extensive experience in a wide range of projects including residential, mixed use, infrastructure, commercial and renewables. Helen provides technical advice throughout all stages of application development, working within large multidisciplinary teams to deliver proposals on behalf of clients.
Since joining Iceni Projects in 2023, Helen advises on several projects including residential development, commercial, renewables, strategic site promotion and other private sector opportunities for both public and private sector clients.

She advises clients on an extensive range of planning services including planning strategy, detailed site appraisals, pre-application consultation, planning application preparation, discharge of planning conditions and appeals. She is passionate about the creation of high-quality built environments, sustainable development and thrives in a dynamic fast paced working environment.
