She joined Iceni in June 2025, following four years in private consultancy where she gained experience across all aspects of the planning process, from pre-application through to determination and discharge of conditions. Her work has spanned major developments, retail projects, and schemes for individual clients, giving her a broad understanding of both complex, large scale proposals and bespoke, site-specific applications.

Alongside her role at Iceni, Harriet is an active committee member of the London Young Planners Conference Committee. She holds an MSc in Urban and Regional Planning and a BSc (Hons) in Urban Planning, graduating with First Class Honours.
