Gema has experience working on projects across the UK and internationally, contributing to the preparation of environmental assessments and supporting documentation to ensure proposals respond effectively to policy requirements and environmental considerations. She also has experience in the preparation of Equality Impact Assessments, with a particular interest in embedding inclusive and equitable outcomes within the planning and design process.

Her experience spans a wide range of sectors, including urban regeneration, residential and mixed‑use development, renewable energy projects, and major infrastructure schemes such as Development Consent Orders DCOs. Gema enjoys working collaboratively with project teams, technical specialists, and stakeholders to help shape sustainable and deliverable development proposals.

Gema is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (ACIEEM).
