Emilia brings her energy and enthusiasm to Iceni after cutting her teeth working at Centro Planning Consultancy where she advised on a variety of complex schemes across London, including high-density mixed-use developments, innovative re-use of existing buildings, brownfield sites, as well as hotels and residential developments.

Emilia’s professional ambition is to facilitate positive societal, environmental, and spatial change within the built environment, and is passionate about developing planning strategies that work to create safer, more inclusive, and sustainable environments. She enjoys the multi-disciplinary depth and breadth of modern-day planning challenges, and believes planning interventions should not shy away from pushing conventional boundaries to arrive at new solutions that create positive urban futures for all.

Emilia holds an MSc in Urban and Regional Development (Distinction) and a BSc in Human Geography (First) from Cardiff University. She is also a keen traveller, having recently returned from 6 months travelling South and Central America.
