David is a driven and ambitious Managing Director with excellent commercial and interpersonal skills. He has over 20 years’ proven experience in the delivery of complex projects, both in the UK and overseas and for the private and public sectors. He has a sound understanding of the development and construction industry in its broadest sense and is comfortable working at a senior level. His experience covers the whole life of the development process – from land acquisition through design development, obtaining planning permission, procurement and construction management to after care.

David embraces responsibility fully and would be known for developing potential in others, creating high performing teams and inspiring people to follow him. He acts with authenticity and integrity and has a commercial and business acumen honed from working for investment companies and a FTSE100 housebuilder.

His career highlights span building gold mines in West Africa to leading a £1Bn joint venture in Greenwich. As Iceni’s Managing Director, David leads on the delivery of the Company’s Business Plan with a focus on Leadership Clarity and Keeping Our Promises.

David is a Chartered Engineer, Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and Member of the Association of Project Managers. CSCS Cardholder (Professional Qualified Person) and a PRINCE2 practitioner.

David spends his weekends encouraging his young family to play golf with him.
