Having graduated from the University of Manchester in 2018, Corin has worked for Barton Willmore (now Stantec), CREATE Design and Architecture in London and Savills (UK) Limited in Birmingham where he achieved his chartership from the RTPI in 2021. Corin’s experience includes working on large mixed-use schemes in the Midlands and promoting them through their respective local plans and submitting planning applications and Lawful Development Certificates on behalf of commercial developers.

Since joining Iceni in November 2023, Corin has been working with a range of clients both within and outside London. These include major housing developers, academic institutions, local authorities and large property estates. Recent projects involve the submission of a large residential-led town centre application in Essex and progressing new residential and hotel schemes in central London.
