Charlotte is a Chartered Town Planner working within Iceni’s Central London Planning Team, having previously worked for Savills in their London Planning Department. She has developed a wide range of experience working on complex developments in London and across the South East for both private and public sector clients. She advises across a range of sectors with a track-record of securing planning permission for residential, commercial, hotel, leisure and mixed-use schemes, many with challenging heritage issues.
Charlotte particularly understands the value of strategic and tailored project and portfolio management. This has led her to providing long-term wider estate advice for clients, including the Wellcome Trust and Imperial College London.
Charlotte also takes a profound interest in the PropTech and PlanTech sectors. She sits on the Iceni Futures’ sector group and has participated in international workshops on the digitalisation of Planning and actively aids technology start-ups enter the Planning industry.
When not in the office, Charlotte can most likely be found on the Putney Embankment, either rowing on the Thames or pushing herself to her limits in the boathouse.
Charlotte became a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) in December 2016.
