Charlotte is a Charted Town Planner working within Iceni’s Central London Team, having previously spent four years working for Savills (UK) in their London Planning Department.
Charlotte has a wide range of experience working on developments in London and across the South East, incorporating planning advice from single dwellings and listed buildings, to large-scale mixed-use developments, estate renewal schemes and strategic land promotion. Charlotte’s scope of work includes the preparation of planning appraisals, planning applications and planning appeals in addition to providing tailored guidance and management throughout the planning process.
Before joining Iceni, Charlotte graduated from the Henley Business School (UoR) with a Masters in Development Planning having previously obtained the Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP Manchester and a BA Hons degree in Geography from University College London. Charlotte utilises this broad academic knowledge to take a more comprehensive and commercial approach in developing planning strategies in order to maximise development site potential.
When not in the office, Charlotte can most likely be found on the Putney Embankment, either rowing on the Thames or pushing herself to her limits in the boathouse.
Charlotte became a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) in December 2016.
