Charlie joined Iceni in 2025 following his role as Account Director at Lowick, a communications consultancy specialising in public affairs and the built environment. He has a strong track record of translating planning and commercial objectives into evidence-led engagement strategies that build public confidence and secure political support.
Prior to this, Charlie worked at LCA, Redwood and EQ Communications, leading political and community engagement on high-profile schemes such as the Canada Water Masterplan, Brent Cross Town and Coventry City Centre South. He has used a wide range of methods to build consensus for development – from organising meetings with politicians to running workshops and arranging business fairs.
Charlie brings this experience to Iceni’s Strategic Engagement team, where early insights, negotiation and relationship-building are key to positively influencing planning decisions on sensitive sites. He combines technical planning awareness, strategic thinking, stakeholder empathy and good humour as a trusted adviser to the likes of L&Q, Barratt London, Hill and Landsec.
When not at work, Charlie enjoys running, yoga, cooking and living under the constant scrutiny of his two Scottish Fold cats.
