Before starting with the Strategic Planning team, Alex worked with Engagement on a number of different projects including the Illuminated River and consultations on council housing regenerations.

Alex is excited to start his career in planning with Iceni whose mission statement and values greatly match his own; pursuing new and better and improving the lives of others through the built environment. Alex has worked across the entire Strategic Team helping write Socio-Economic technical chapters, Environmental Impact Assessments, Economic and Housing Development Needs Assessments, Health Impact Assessments and a variety of planning work, particularly on major schemes in Kent.

Alex leads Iceni’s intelligence work on Kent, staying up to date on the Counties development planning progression, housing supply and other planning matters. Alex also co-leads on Iceni’s Tourism and Leisure Sector.

When Alex isn’t working you can usually find him outside finding a new running trail, bike route or planning the next foreign adventure.
