Adam joined Iceni Project’s Edinburgh office in May 2020. Adam is a chartered Town Planner with over 5 years’ experience in private planning consultancy, providing commercially-focused planning advice to clients throughout the UK, with a particular emphasis on Scotland. He has experience of delivering projects across a number of sectors including residential, student accommodation, hotels, offices, retail, and heritage.

Adam advises clients on the full spectrum of planning services including site appraisals, planning strategy, pre-application consultation, preparation of planning applications, negotiation of conditions, and appeals. He has a strong track record of working closely with clients and key stakeholders to deliver positive planning outcomes.

Prior to joining Iceni, Adam began his career at CBRE in London, before relocating to their Edinburgh office in 2018. He has a Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Heriot-Watt University, and an undergraduate degree in Geography from the University of Leeds. He became an RTPI Chartered Planner in March 2017.
