Throughout the existence of our tribe, we have embraced work experience students, graduates and individuals seeking career changes. This has served as a continuous learning opportunity for all, fostering a dynamic and inclusive tribal culture and contributing to the development of longstanding tribe members of the tribe.

In the last two years, we have formalised this approach under the programme known as the ‘Iceni Academy’, underscoring our dedication to offering unique and personalised learning opportunities for professional development.

We support trainees’ education and provide exposure to exciting project work. All our apprenticeships offer the opportunity to grow as a professional, to meet new people and work on exciting projects whilst building long-lasting relationships. The two-year journey is designed for well-rounded exposure in various expertise areas through a rotation system and diverse project experiences. The company fosters an environment encouraging open communication and offers various learning formats, including formal training seminars, a buddy system, and a weekly drop-in-surgery to seek advice and discuss projects with senior staff members.

The company has a particular emphasis on developing its own people.
