More Growth for Iceni Projects Manchester Planning Team with new Associate

Property Advisory firm Iceni Projects has today (Thursday 22 March 2018) announced the appointment of Deborah Baker Barnett as an Associate in the Manchester Planning team. Deborah is a planning and heritage consultant who brings a decade of public and private experience to Iceni Projects’ growing North West team.

Property Advisory firm Iceni Projects has today (Thursday 22 March 2018) announced the appointment of Deborah Baker Barnett as an Associate in the Manchester Planning team. Deborah is a planning and heritage consultant who brings a decade of public and private experience to Iceni Projects’ growing North West team.

Deborah joins Iceni Projects from Ruth Jackson Planning where she was a Senior Planning and Heritage Consultant. Most recently she has advised clients on the strategic release of Green Belt land through local plan promotion across the North West. Her approach to schemes involving heritage assets focuses on building a clear understanding of significance to shape proposals and create a strong case for development.

Active in student accommodation schemes with current projects in Derby, Birmingham and Lancashire.
