Property Advisory firm Iceni Projects has today (Thursday 22 March 2018) announced the appointment of Deborah Baker Barnett as an Associate in the Manchester Planning team. Deborah is a planning and heritage consultant who brings a decade of public and private experience to Iceni Projects’ growing North West team.
Deborah joins Iceni Projects from Ruth Jackson Planning where she was a Senior Planning and Heritage Consultant. Most recently she has advised clients on the strategic release of Green Belt land through local plan promotion across the North West. Her approach to schemes involving heritage assets focuses on building a clear understanding of significance to shape proposals and create a strong case for development.

Iceni Projects’ Manchester Planning team currently represents clients across the North West and Midlands. They are actively working on client schemes in Warrington Garden Village and strategic land promotions across the North West, as well as working with Urban Splash and Michelle Rothwell of Watch This Space on a number of family home schemes in central Manchester. Active in student accommodation schemes with current projects in Derby, Birmingham and Lancashire.
