Iceni Projects grows Manchester planning team

Justine rose through the ranks at NJL Consulting in Manchester after joining as a Graduate Planner in 2011. She has successfully delivered a range of projects across the residential and commercial sectors for clients including Henry Boot Developments, Bloor Homes and the Seashell Trust.

Iceni Projects has today (9 November 2018) announced the appointment of Justine Entezari as an Associate in the Manchester Planning team. Justine is a planning consultant who brings seven years’ experience of working in the North West to the growing Iceni Projects’ team in Manchester.

Justine rose through the ranks at NJL Consulting in Manchester after joining as a Graduate Planner in 2011. She has successfully delivered a range of projects across the residential and commercial sectors for clients including Henry Boot Developments, Bloor Homes and the Seashell Trust.

On behalf of Henry Boot Developments, Justine secured planning permission for the redevelopment of an existing office building in Manchester City Centre. The building is located in a Conservation Area and hence the project involved extensive dialogue with Historic England. Through negotiation Justine successfully delivered a solution that was physically deliverable and acceptable in design and heritage terms.
